THE BETA CAVERNS:
 Here's
a really good clear shot of the beta Caverns. There aren't any notable
differences, other than of course the scar-faced guards. In the "now"
shot, right, we can see that everything remains the same, at least in
this section of the level.
|
|
 Look
at the blue metal surrounding the wall, and the dark stripes on it. In
the "now" shot, right, most of the stripes are gone. Also, you can see
the beta shot has a shiny metal door, which actually looks better than
the door now. Another thing, is the dark screen that exists in the final
shot, below the walkway. You can see that it's not there in the beta shot.
An finally, in the "now" shot, we can see that the railing is transparent.
The beta shot however, shows that the railing is solid. You would think
this glitch would be the other way around.

 Another
Beta Caverns shot. I never even knew this one existed. We can see yet
again, evidence of the shiny door that slides up and down. You can see
it, along with it's caution stripes. Is this door still in the memory?
I haven't found it yet. If it is, it might be possible to hack a GS code
to make that door here. Thanks to SubDrag for the left shot.

 Here's
Bond in the radio control room. He's looking across at the drone gun tunnel
at the end of the level. We don't have a lot to compare, but a "now" screenshot,
right, shows that there aren't any noticeable differences. The beta shot
is brighter, but it could be because Bond shot out the glass to look across.

|
In
beta shots, it seems really common to find long, orange bullet streaks
from enemy fire. It still happens now, but it's hard to get a screenshot
of it. Maybe the streaks were longer before the game was completed, making
it more likely to show up in a screenshot.

 Now
this is strange. In this location now, behind this door is dark floor.
But in the beta shot, it's a bright walkway. In the final version, it's
a big open room, not a walkway. I found a location with the setup for
a walkway, but the wall surrounding the door is blue, so it's possible
that the wall was changed, not the room.

Just
a bunch of mines going off. There's not much to compare with now, but
everything visible here is unchanged. I simply included it here because
it's a beta shot.
