GOLDENEYE 007 JAPANESE VERSION:

ALL Screenshots are property of Nintendo of Japan

Japanese Goldeneye 007Most of us only know Goldeneye 007 as an English game. But a game was created for the Japanese. Almost everything remains the same of course, but the text.

Japanese Soldiers?Okay, I mentioned how nothing was different... This screenshot may or may not be from the Japanese version. But does anyone else notice anything strange looking about the Soldiers? Do they look neon green with brown on them? Or is it just the coloring of the picture? In the screenshots below, the soldiers wear the 'normal' uniforms.

Sean Connery in a four player Bunker MatchThese shots are supposively from the Japanese Beta Version of Goldeneye 007. They are of course not taken from the final Japanese version, like the rest of these shots, but I've included them here anyway. What still gets to me, is how they have been hidden for so long... People have told me they remember seeing them a long time ago, but forgot about them. But ones like them were on the Official Nintendo of Japan site, so they must be real.

Sean Connery vs. Bond in the ArchivesHeh. I'd like to own this version of the game... Who cares if it's Japanese. It would be really cool to see Connery for real, up and close.
