ARCHIVES STRATEGY:

BEST CHARACTERS

In the Archives, the bottom half of the walls are green, while the top part is gray. This can make it difficult to choose a blending character. The best characters are most effective when crouching. The best is the Naval Officer, who is an almost perfect match to the wall coloring. Other good characters are the Russian Soldier and the Jungle Commando.

TACTICS

This is another small level, and innings are short, especially in License to Kill. After a kill, I wait in the middle hallway of the upper floor. I can cover four of the seven starting points from here.

Shoot through the glass office walls. When opponents are travelling through the halls, they have a false sense of security. You can shoot straight out of the office you're in, or diagonally through a couple glass walls to hit an opponent.

Shoot the crates. This comes in handy, especially in License to Kill. There's always someone who feels safe ducking behind a crate. Shoot it and they won't be safe anymore. Even if they're running down the hallway, if you time it right, the explosion will do way more damage than a few bullets. In License to kill, the slightest cough will result in death.

Your opponents can quickly lose sight of you when you dodge through the basement pillars, but you lose sight of them too.
