MILITARY ARCHIVES: Rating 8.5/10: 2nd Overall (See sniper spots below map) This level is small, and fights are usually ended up quickly. For some reason, the middle stairs never seemed to be used to get upstairs. That could be used as a surprise tactic for a "third man in attack".
The best spot here is in the basement. You have the best weapon and body armor. But most starting points are upstairs, so that might limit your killing. From the hallway where the weapon is, you can cover the stairs, and with a quick turn, you can jump back into the big basement room. This spot isn't as safe, but you have the best weapon, and in that hallway, you can cover all of the upstairs starting points.
